General Warranty Terms & Conditions:

1 Only On: The Warranty is only applicable on MOTOR, BATTERY, & CHARGER (not replaced by new when it repairable)
2 Proof of purchase: You need to provide an invoice or bill copy along with warranty card to claim a warranty.
3 Place of Service: Service will be provided on-store location where you were purchased only.
4 No incorrect use: The warranty does not cover damage caused by incorrect installation, or usage and any unauthorised repairing or servicing by you or a third party.
5 Not Applicable on: The warranty will not be applied for Breakage of parts or body, or not for Remote Control or any other parts which not mentioned above.
6 Reserved Rights: We reserve the right to impose charges for services on the Product which are outside the cover of the warranty.
We also reserve the right to decline to provide service where the Product is obsolete, no longer deemed serviceable or replaceable for any reason.
7 Delivering Time: Time shall not be of the essence as our services can be inadvertently affected by factors outside our control.
8 Only for original buyer: The warranty only be applicable to the original buyer.

General Guidelines to Use the Product:

1 Battery must be charged weekly once when the product is not in usage
2 Adult supervision is must to use the product.
3 Water should be avoided to the product to wash or whatever so.
4 The minimum charging is 6 hours and max is 8 hours to use the product for 1-2 hours.

How to Claim Warranty

1 Check your Warranty Period (6months from the Purchase).
2 Visit the Store where you were Purchased the Product along with Bill Copy & Warranty Card.
3 Then Claim your Complaint within the Warranty Conditions.
4 If the issue is covered under warranty, they will take a specific amount of time to resolve the complaint.
